An Unforgettable Multi-Day Wedding in Hvar — Seamless, Magical, and So Us We came to Adriatic Weddings Croatia with a vision: an immersive, multi-day celebration, deeply focused on creating a shared experience with our loved ones. What Tamara created went far beyond a wedding—it was a fully orchestrated adventure that reflected us and our style, and it stunned and delighted not just us, but every single one of our 50-ish guests. We are extremely detail-oriented and very particular—deeply invested in design, lighting, story, sound, scent, food, and everything in between. From our very first conversation, Tamara didn’t just accept our intensity—she thrived in it. She became our partner, guide, and grounding force throughout. The celebration kicked off with a Welcome Reception at Fortress Fortica, overlooking Hvar—a sunset that felt straight out of a movie, bathed in golden light, with rustic elegance and sweeping views. The aesthetic we imagined reflected history and memory, brought to life by Tamara and Maja from ShowRoomDesign, who captured every design detail with richness and care. The next day, a private catamaran took us and our guests sailing around the Pakleni Islands for a full day—anchoring in hidden coves, champagne and delicious catering in hand. That evening, we all dined at a farm-to-table traditional Dalmatian konoba, tucked into lavender fields and vineyards in the UNESCO-protected plains—one of those surreal settings you can’t quite believe is real. Then came the wedding day at the Beach Club—perfectly paced, exquisitely styled, and so full of love and energy. Every transition was smooth, every detail just right. Our ceremony and celebration were rooted in a vision of unpretentious glamour, with a strong sense of place: lavender in the air, the sound of the sea, natural textures, and warm architectural lighting. We’re obsessed with lighting, and Maja ShowDesign created a dreamlike world that reflected our vision. The energy was electric—and much of that came from our incredible DJ Luca Goya, who guided every musical moment with brilliance, from the ceremony to the afterparty. He kept the atmosphere alive, emotional, and wildly fun all night long. The afterparty? Legendary. Tamara had a private club secured where we could dance until dawn—and we did, with the wild abandon of our twenties. And somehow, she even helped us with the logistics for our farewell dinner on the neighboring island the next day—turning what could’ve been a comedown into yet another highlight. Behind the scenes, Tamara handled everything. A multi-day destination wedding for 50+ people involves complex logistics and dozens of moving parts. And yet—everything ran seamlessly. She managed it all with such grace that we never once had to worry. We got to enjoy our wedding. Fully. We were present, relaxed, and having fun—and that’s the greatest gift of all. But she didn’t just ensure that everything ran smoothly—she ensured that every part of the experience felt bespoke. From curating and helping procure wines that matched our tastes, to coordinating truly spectacular food across every event, to managing every moving part without us lifting a finger—Tamara made it all feel effortless. Every vendor she recommended was exceptional, but we have to give a special shoutout to our photographer, Martina Skrobot. We are so in love with her! She’s the sweetest soul and captured not just how everything looked—but how it felt. Her images are filled with soul, warmth, and pure joy. Our friends and family are still messaging us, saying they can’t believe the experience they had and how seamlessly perfect it all was. Honestly? We agree. It was beautiful, soulful, and ridiculously fun. We’re already dreaming about vow renewals—just to do it all again. Tamara didn’t just organize our wedding celebration. She helped us tell our story—through place, people, and feeling.
