Being two people who have been to many destination weddings we knew how important it was to find a wedding planner who we not only felt comfortable with, but showcased their ability to be an expert in their craft. This was even more important when planning a wedding from North America to a place (Hvar) we had never been to before. From the first time we met Tamara, we knew that she was the one who would bring our vision to life. Her professionalism, ability to think outside the box, resourcefulness, and her organization is best in class, and it showed through every stage of the wedding planning process. The day of our wedding, we experienced a heat wave that created a power outage on half the island, including our venue. Of course, this was not something that anyone expected and could have been detrimental to the overall wedding experience for us and our guests. Like the superhero she is, Tamara leaped into action and secured the only generator on the island to bring power back to the wedding venue. While this was happening, she had a boat in the harbour play music for the guests so that the attention remained on having fun and enjoying the candlelight dinner. All of these solutions had to be thought of on the spot, and she single-handedly saved the day. To this day, our guests bring up how incredible Tamara is and how they could replicate her in Canada to plan their wedding. There are no words for how much we appreciate Tamara and her team. Despite a day of so many surprises and things we did not plan for, what was not surprising is how Tamara’s professionalism and skill in her craft was at the forefront of what made our wedding perfect!
