On September 23rd we got married in a beautiful old state in Polaca, Croatia, a venue we only knew in pictures. Although it may sound scary, our wedding was perfect and beyond any of our expectations, thanks to Tamara from Adriatic Weddings. She supported us every step of the way, always answering our messages with patience and professionalism, giving us the best advice, which minimised our anxiety. Our theme was eco-friendly, once she heard about it, she envisioned it, taking care of every little detail of decoration with local flowers and agates (Tamara loves details), finding a stationary vendor who worked with recycled cotton paper for invitations. Also, helping us with recommendations for a great local menu and excellent local wines. We had guests from more than ten countries; she helped us with transportations and visa for some of them. All our guests were amazed by the beautiful decoration, great food and the fantastic organisation of the wedding. As Venezuelans, we wanted to have a wedding with a Latino feel, and she nailed it: we had a ceremony performed in Spanish, DJ played Latin music, and we had traditional toast, so much fun! Thank you, Tamara, for making possible the wedding of our dreams. We would have never done it without you, Christian and Martha.
