Not every celebration in Croatia is a wedding. Many of the events we plan are private gatherings organised around travel, family milestones, or special occasions bringing people together from different countries.
Guests travel to Croatia for birthday celebrations, anniversaries, family gatherings, or private events during their stay along the Adriatic coast. Some celebrations take place in private villas overlooking the sea. Others are organised in historic venues in Dubrovnik, beach clubs in Hvar, or restaurants and terraces along the coast.
Over the past 20 years and more than 300 events across Croatia, our team has organised celebrations ranging from private dinners for small groups to larger gatherings with guests travelling from several countries.

Planning & Coordination
Planning a private party in Croatia often involves coordinating venues, suppliers, guest logistics, transportation, catering, and entertainment.
Our team manages the process from the first venue search through the event itself. This includes identifying suitable venues, coordinating suppliers, organising guest transfers, and managing the event on site.
Many of the private celebrations we organise involve guests arriving from abroad and staying for several nights. Accommodation arrangements, transfers between locations, and event schedules must all be coordinated carefully.
Events organised on yachts or charter vessels require additional coordination between captains, charter companies, catering teams, entertainment providers, and port authorities. Our team manages these logistics so the event can take place safely and according to schedule.

Private events in Croatia are typically priced between 10–15% of the total event budget, depending on the scale of the celebration, the number of guests, and the level of coordination required.
Events involving multiple venues, guest logistics, or several days of activities require more extensive planning and management.
