Our wedding was a dream come true in every way. Tamara was an expert in helping me make our vision come to life. Her advice and support leading up to the big day was faultless. She managed to take any of the stress out of planning and made it fun and exciting. She recommended the most amazing photographer (Martina) and videographer (Denis at Amas Films). The photos and video are just stunning and they were so fun to hang out with, like friends. On the actual day she was there at every step making sure myself and bridal party felt relaxed and happy. We had so much fun getting ready. Our stunning ceremony was held at St Marks church in Hvar and was extremely special. My husband and I took the speedboat to the reception and it was such a memorable moment between us just after the ceremony. This included an amazing selfie mirror that the guests all loved, stunning decoration and Gin and Tonic station. Everything about the reception was perfect. Matea was my wedding planner for my  wedding in Dubrovnik. From our first communication, it was clear how warm, caring and communicative she is. Although I am originally from Croatia, I live all the way in New Orleans and I was a bit hesitant to plan a wedding so far away. All my worries disappeared working with Matea. If you want to get married in Croatia, do it!! We cannot recommend Tamara enough, I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. Organising a wedding is stressful enough but when you throw a global pandemic into the mix and an abroad wedding, it really does test you! BUT nothing was ever too much for Tamara and she was always there when you need to run something past her and quite often she would suggest something even better for you which I found so helpful, it wasn’t about trying to get money out of you, she is very down to earth and very honest which is why we loved her! I started planning my wedding in Hvar, Croatia from the US in November of 2020 for a late May wedding for 40 guests. Everything went off with out one hiccup because Tamara is that good. Not only did she keep me hopefully & informed regarding all the details and restrictions in Croatia, she made sure if there was an issue, our vendors would be flexible. Luckily, that never happened but it made the world of difference in my wedding planning process. The fun part of the wedding was of course all the florals, decor, venue, food. While Tamara was good a helping with the logistic planning & budgeting a wedding— this is where her impeccable advise and taste allowed me to have such a flawlessly executed wedding! I think this is what sets her apart from other planners. Tamara did not only present options & vendor, she really helped design & navigate what theme I wanted for my wedding, because I didn’t know. I couldn’t recommend her advice on venue, food, flowers anymore—everything we picked we were more than happy with. She was a lifesaver, was there for my little silly questions over a short text, & honestly she needs to charge more because she’s worth it!

Where do we start… When we decided to do a destination wedding in Croatia during a pandemic everyone thought we were crazy, so did we! But then something special in the universe brought us Tamara and everything fell into place….because she made sure of it! From the designer, location, food and photographers everyone you brought to us was amazing. Reassuring us all year that our special day would happen….and it did! When we had rain impending on our all outdoor event, Tamara already had plan A, B and C in place. I was able to enjoy a few days of relaxation and vacation with the group (38 people) before the big day. I knew everything was handled. It rained, we danced, laughed, cried and all our wedding dreams came true. I have never planned anything to this scale or abroad before and If there is anyone meant to do this, it is Tamara. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Tamara is and what a wonderful job she did for our wedding. The amount of planning and work she put into it was impressive and everything turned out perfectly. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to and that was all thanks to Tamara’s hard work. We wholeheartedly thank Tamara for everything that she invested in our wedding; it was the most beautiful, hilarious, epic, fun, romantic, wonderful day. In fact it wasn't even just the one day, she even organised our dinner the night before and a boat excursion the day after.
We had a vague idea of what we wanted our wedding to be like, and asked her to take control of making it happen. We got married at Bonj Les Bains, Hvar on the 26th May 2019 and we can not thank Tamara enough for creating our dream wedding.

Tamara was excellent! On June 29th Mike and I had our dream wedding! A wedding our family and friends called an epic day! From start to finish Tamara exceeded our expectations. Tamara was awesome from beginning to end. I’m from San Francisco and you could only imagine how difficult it would’ve been to plan a destination wedding at an amazing place we never traveled to, but have only seen on the web. Once I found the exact location in Croatia, I started looking for local wedding planners. I contacted a few and all of them took 2 to 3 days to respond. Being so far in California, I knew this wasn’t something I wanted to deal with during wedding planning. I almost gave up until I came across Croatia News. There was an article on Croatia being a perfect destination for a wedding and Tamara was mentioned along with a venue that looked amazing! After further researching Tamara’s company and the venue, I told myself I had to have both for my wedding! I contacted Tamara and she replied within minutes and I knew right then that she was the one. With both venue and Tamara being pre-booked almost a year in advance, it was difficult to find a weekend so I settled for a weekday, which ended up being fine since everyday is a weekend during a vacation! Tamara was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. With her experience and having planned many weddings at the same venue, it made me feel more comfortable in trusting her opinions and suggestions. Our wedding came out perfect and all 85 guests who traveled to celebrate with us felt the same! She was great from the beginning, during, and even after! There was an issue that came up after the wedding when I was back at home and needed her help in resolving. She did so immediately without hesitation. We got married in Split Croatia on 20 August 2018 and we can not thank Tamara enough for making our wedding day dreams come true! From our first meeting and throughout our whole wedding journey Tamara was professional, incredibly organised and very responsive. It took about an hour to drive up a twisty dirt road, after which we climbed up a mountain ridge for another 10 minutes or so. Our marriage commissioner was holding onto dear life as her fear of heights kicked in, while the photographer snapped away. There, at the very top of island Hvar with a fresh breeeze, emerald-blue water surrounding us, with Italy barely visible on one side and on another - we tied the proverbial knot. We had an unforgettable, unique experience - better then anything we could have done at home. Tamara was very responsive, catered to our unconventional needs (it was just the two of us) and managed to do everything within our budget. Once we confirmed the final details, everything went smoothly and we had a blast. Her English is perfect which made the whole process even easier. Looking back, if we were to do this again - we would't hesitate to work with Tamara.

As soon as we got off the ferry on our first visit to Hvar, we knew that it would be the perfect setting for our wedding. Amazing scenery, lovely people, good food and lots of fun! Tamara helped us in no time understand everything the island had to offer, visit the venues and meet the suppliers so we could make the best choices. Thanks to her expert planning, together with our 120 guests, we had an amazing weekend of festivities. Tamara was able to organize our multiple events all in different settings and to cater for every wish that we had. We first visited Hvar 5 years ago and fell in love with the island. When Mark proposed we instantly knew that's where we wanted to say our vows. As we were located in London with demanding careers and very little time we thought that organising a day from so far away wouldn't be feasible until we met Tamara. Right from the start Tamara's professionalism made planning our day a pleasure; she spoke to us regularly and made the process stress free. We completely trusted her judgement throughout and I can honestly say that we had the most amazing day! We couldn't have envisaged a better day for our wedding in Hvar. It was by pure luck that we came across Tamara and Adriatic Weddings when searching for Wedding planners on the Internet. Despite living in Australia we always said we wanted to get married in Croatia. We chose Split as it was most convenient for the guests and both of our families to arrive. After lot of searching, we decided to get married in Kastelet chapel and wedding dinner to be under the open sky in Mestrovic Gallery gardens. We got to know about Tamara and her wedding agency from my university groupmate. Even from a quick glance at her Croatian wedding photos, I noted how beautifully and in an exceptional way everything was planned. I cannot begin to express how amazing Tamara was in the planning of our wedding- if I was to list the amount of jobs, tasks and requests she did for us for our wedding in August 2016, well it would be a very long list! We were in contact with Tamara from March 2015 when we decided to get married in Hvar. Initially, I was worried about getting married abroad and having a wedding planner I didn't know, but we really had no need to be concerned. Tamara was so friendly throughout, but professional too & always available- I would sometimes email Tamara with a question late at night expecting a reply the next day... 20 minutes later there was my reply! The day itself ran so smoothly because Tamara was there every step of the way- I honestly didn't have any worries on the day because Tamara had it all covered! If I was to do it all again, Tamara would be the first thing I would book- she is worth every penny!

We were slightly apprehensive about planning a destination wedding but Adriatic Weddings and in particular our wedding planner Tamara Shatkova made the process simple and enjoyable. We had a holiday pre-booked to Croatia and had researched some venues through the Adriatic website. During our holiday Tamara met with us to explain the process, cost and answered any questions we had. We were fortunate that we were able to meet face to face. The following day her colleague showed us the venue we were interested in and the planning began! Throughout the whole planning period, Tamara was able to answer questions, however small, at all times. She was very organised and emailed me with jobs to complete at the appropriate time which was very useful. She was also on hand to lend her opinion if we needed it which again was a huge help. Leading up to the big day was exciting but also filled with some nerves. There were many small details including table decorations which Tamara kindly organised and coordinated. The big day was finally here and Tamara's continued presence and organisation helped keep the day smooth and calm. She helped plan the makeup and hair artists as well as florists and photographers. It allowed me and the wedding party to enjoy our wedding breakfast and getting ready. Words cannot express how thankful we are for all of her support in making our Croatia wedding truly magical.

When we decided to get married in Hvar, Croatia; we were very worried about the kind of quality we’d get and making sure it was tasteful. On September 23rd we got married in a beautiful old state in Polaca, Croatia, a venue we only knew in pictures. Although it may sound scary, our wedding was perfect and beyond any of our expectations, thanks to Tamara from Adriatic Weddings. She supported us every step of the way, always answering our messages with patience and professionalism, giving us the best advice, which minimised our anxiety. Our theme was eco-friendly, once she heard about it, she envisioned it, taking care of every little detail of decoration with local flowers and agates (Tamara loves details), finding a stationary vendor who worked with recycled cotton paper for invitations. Also, helping us with recommendations for a great local menu and excellent local wines. We had guests from more than ten countries; she helped us with transportations and visa for some of them. All our guests were amazed by the beautiful decoration, great food and the fantastic organisation of the wedding. As Venezuelans, we wanted to have a wedding with a Latino feel, and she nailed it: we had a ceremony performed in Spanish, DJ played Latin music, and we had traditional toast, so much fun! We were married in August 2017 in Hvar, and our wedding was everything we had wanted and more. We are from Canada, so everything was planned by Tamara, without us seeing any of the details or venue beforehand, but she brought our vision to life and it was more beautiful than we could have imagined. Nick and I got married in Bonj Les Bains in Hvar on 7th June, 2018. Our wedding day was so much more than we could have ever have imagined!! From the very start Tamara was on hand to answer all my emails, and so promptly as well! I wasn't the most organised bride, but Tamara remained patient and made up for this with her fantastic organisation skills! On the day itself Tamara was completely in control, constantly rushing around to ensure everything went to plan! John and I were married at Sveti Marak and Bonj Le Bains on August 24, 2018 in Hvar. Our wedding day was above and beyond anything we had dreamed of and truly could not have done it without Tamara. Just returned back home from a fairy tale! We knew we wanted a destination wedding and based on geographical location, the budget and the beauty of Adriatic sea, we've chosen Croatia. We literally just started to Google for the wedding services in Croatia and came across Tamara's agency. Когда я смотрела фотографии со свадеб других людей, мне казалось, что они все обладают большим опытом в проведении свадеб - так все красиво и продуманно выглядит!
Но как только дело дошло до организации моей собственного торжества, я поняла, что не имею ни малейшего представления о том, как все должно происходить. Одно было понятно - мы с женихом хотели красивую, нетривиальную и даже сказочную свадьбу в теплой стране. 
Нам безумно повезло найти потрясающего организатора свадеб в Хорватии - Тамару Шаткову, которая позаботилась обо всем с момента идеи "хотим свадьбу на вилле" до воплощения в жизнь каждой детали. Кому-то может показаться, что идея организации свадьбы на расстоянии обречена на неуспех: "Как же не посмотреть площадку заранее, не пощупать цветы, не попробовать торт?". Я тоже сначала сомневалась. Хочу заверить вас, что в итоге все получилось идеально и даже лучше благодаря опыту и таланту Тамары.
Выбранная площадка - замок на острове Шолта - превзошел все самые смелые ожидания. Бесподобная венецианская архитектура 18 века с легкой примесью прованса в интерьере. Добавьте к этому вид на морскую бухту, зеленую ухоженную территорию и собственный бассейн, отгороженный от посторонних глаз, и вы поймете, что на этом поиск можно не продолжать. Да, забыла про 4-этажный номер для молодоженов в башне. Ну когда, как ни в день собственного бракосочетания чувствовать себя принцем и принцессой?!
Гости же чувствовали себя просто королями - шикарные люксовые номера для каждого, безупречный сервис, услужливые официанты, завтраки аля-карт. И все это благодаря нашему организатору стало возможно за вполне приемлемые деньги. 
Свадьба прошла безупречно - не помешал даже дождь, решивший так не кстати сопроводить нас в супружескую жизнь. На этот случай все было продумано за нас. 
Тамара помогла нам с каждой мелочью: от встречи гостей в аэропорту до подборки блюд на банкет и поиска визажиста. Визажистка была великолепна, создала мне образ мечты, а маму омолодила на 10 лет.

Hvar is such a wonderful destination. You realise once you get there that the finer details don't really matter so much…The location really does make the wedding. Simon and I think you did a wonderful job. As you know it was a little difficult for us as we didn’t visit Hvar until just before the wedding. The overall service and your presence on the day was amazing. The food was also excellent and Suncani Hvar we’re great. We couldn’t have asked for more really. The days itself was perfect and we'd both like to thank you for everything you did for us!

Tamara, I believe that everything happens for a reason. Imagine being in California trying to plan a in Hvar, !!! Im frantically looking up on youtube trying to get ideas and I ran across Adriatic Wedding Croatia Website. I call and an English speaking girl answers and that's where the relationship began a month before the wedding. I will never forget how calm you were when you asked me the event date, and I told you three weeks or so. I don't know how to describe how easy you made everything. I never had a bridezilla moment. You were so calm with the whole experience. Your team of stylists and your assistants were amazing and fun. I never once seen you get nervous or upset with any of the details. I guess thats what made me so calm and relaxed going into such a special day. It was to never forget. My family and friends had an amazing time until sunrise and there you were all the way until the end of the night. Amazing!!!! I don't feel that you were just a planner you were my friend and I hope to keep in contact until we meet again!!!

Tamara and her team made our incredible day more special than We could ever have hoped. Living in Australia we were inevitably anxious about making preparations without access to the venue and food, and without having met with the photographer, videographer and DJ, however every single perfectly planned and timed detail was taken care of by Tamara with ease. When we decided to have our wedding in Croatia we though it was going to be a really difficult and long process. We were so happy when we found Tamara as the other wedding planners we contacted didn't come across as professional and knowledgable at the start. Tamara made the whole wedding planning experience really easy with her quick and accurate responses to the many questions we had which made us feel like our wedding was in very capable hands. Tamara recommended us the best possible wedding venue in the town of Makarska and for that we're very grateful. The wedding truly exceeded our expectations. Croatia is so much more beautiful in reality compared to pictures, and the food there is amazing. Ives was really helpful with all the documentation and payments for the registry office (who knew you needed to pay for a wedding partially in tax stamps?!).
