o We offer unlimited calls and email correspondence.
o We provide sourcing venues for the ceremony and banquet.
o As your wedding planner, we will constantly assist you and provide professional consultation time throughout the planning process.
o Complete and detailed budget management. With a budget sheet, we will keep track of costs.
o We have a list of recommended professional vendors and pricing.
o Complete assistance with the design and concept of your wedding, based on your preferred specific theme and a color palette.
o Assembling a team of top wedding professionals and communicating with them on your behalf to make sure that everything fits within your wedding concept.
o We will organize all deposit payments to venues and suppliers as required, along with assistance in managing payment schedules.
o Booking and planning any service related to the event, but not limited to flowers, decors, music, photos & video, beauty services, transportation, and accommodation.
o Development of a detailed wedding timeline/schedule and distribution to all participants and suppliers.
o We will also provide assistance with the menu, floor plans, and seating arrangements.
o Assistance with pre/post events organization – the maximum is 2, however, the attendance is not included.
o Attendance, coordination, and the supervision of all suppliers on the wedding day itself, up to 1 am.
INVESTMENT : 10 % OF YOUR BUDGET SPEND, fixed fees can be arranged for larger budgets. A MINIMUM FEE APPLIES.
