Hvar is truly a romantic place and a perfect choice if you want to have an elegant wedding. What really makes this place special is the combination of its astonishing natural beauty and the remarkable weather. These were two of the things that made our charming couple fall in love with it, too. However, they also have a history here - they got engaged, and have a Croatian heritage, which made their wedding at a Spanish Fortress in Hvar more meaningful.
We came up with some ideas for the special day that were tailored to the couple’s vision. Both Tom and Claudia loved them, so we moved ahead towards designing their wedding at Spanish Fortress in Hvar, being sure to keep everything simple yet classy and unique. The couple hosted an intimate gathering for their friends and family, so we curated a Hvar Croatia wedding that, regardless of the size, felt lavish yet heartwarming. Claudia looked truly sensational and stunning on her special day in a pleated white dress by the amazing New York designer, Danielle Frankel. Tom complemented her beauty with an elegant dark suit, black tie and brown shoes.
The spectacular views of the Hvar Harbor and the Pakleni islands from the venue made things even more magical. One element that proved a challenge was to come up with the field flowers for which the bride asked for specifically. Of course, it's tricky finding these flowers at the end of August, but we managed to get something similar that turned out beautifully. This made the bride utterly happy with the result and added a pretty, fey touch to the ceremony.
